BIOGRAPHY FOR PETER MARK HEINTZELMAN,ESQUIRE Peter Mark Heintzelman, is a Massachusetts attorney at law, in solo practice, and in his 16th year of practice, with offices in Worcester, MA. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, with highest honors, and Vermont Law School, where he served on Vermont Law Review, and as Magister of the Ford Inn of the International Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1984, he was first an associate with Glickman, Fuller & Sugarman, of Worcester, MA, where his practice concentrated in insurance defense, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Heintzelman's current practice concentrates in landlord-tenant law and real estate transactions, representing sellers, buyers, and lenders. Mr. Heintzelman is newly elected to the Executive Board of the Worcester County Bar Associatioin, and has chaired or co-chaired the Worcester County Bar Association's Housing Court Committee for a number of years, and presents seminars regularly to the bar, property owners' associations statewide, and has spoken at seminars sponsored by municipalities and government agencies, on topics involving landlord-tenant law, multi-family conveyancing, drug-bust evictions, and multi-family first time homebuyer seminars. Mr. Heintzelman has been a speaker, author, and chairman for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) since 1991, serving on seminars involving Housing Court Practice, Civil Jury Instructions, Landlord-Tenant Practice, Residential Condominium and Multi-Family Transactions, Trying a Summary Process Case in the District and Housing Courts, and Hanging Your Shingle. He is also published in the Vermont Law Review, and wrote Drug Bust Evictions from an Eviction Lawyer's Perspective, an article appearing in a 1996 publication sponsored by the State Attorney General, Worcester District Attorney, and Worcester City Manager's Office. Mr. Heintzelman has also served the community, as a member of his local Planning Board, and as Cubmaster of his son's Cub Scout Pack. |
